Introduction

Welcome to The Quorndon, your very own quarterly village magazine. It has been produced to stimulate community spirit and to promote local businesses. We have been overwhelmed by the support of everyone involved in this venture, and have some big thankyou's to make.

Thanks to the advertisers and Parish Council whose financial support has enabled the magazine to be produced free of charge to Quorn householders. Thanks must go also to Ian Galer, Karenna Coombes and Kevan Porter, for their invaluable help with the design of the magazine.

And a huge thankyou to all the talented Quorn community members who have contributed the features which make 'The Quorndon' such good reading.

We welcome articles on any subject for 'The Quorndon'. If you're not happy about 'putting pen to paper' but feel you have something of interest to tell Quorn, we can write for you. So don't be shy - give us a call. And have a lovely Christmas!
