Preparation Time: 1 Hour 15 Minutes Ingredients 1lb Quorn Pieces Method 1. Prepare the marinade by mixing 6 tbsp of the soy sauce with the ginger and black pepper. Add Quorn pieces, mix well and chill for 1 hour. 2. Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok and stir fry the Quorn and marinade for 4 minutes. Remove from wok. 3. Add the remaining oil and stir fry the spring onions and peppers for 2-3 minutes. 4. Add the almonds or cashews and continue to stir fry for 1-2 minutes. 5. Return the Quorn mixture to the wok. 6.
