Preparation Time: 10 Minutes Ingredients 1 teaspoon olive oil Method 1. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan and gently cook the onion, with the chillies for 4-5 minutes until softened. 2. Add the tomato paste, the chopped mixed peppers and the chilli powder and cook for a few minutes. 3. Stir in the Quorn mince and mix to coat evenly. 4. Add the tomatoes, kidney beans and bring to the boil. 5. Seaon to taste. 6. Reduce the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for 20 minutes. 7.
